Welcome and Introduction in Kenya Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by our local team and escorted to Lower Kabete. Settle into your accommodation and later, enjoy a welcome dinner along with an informative session from our local coordinators. Days 2 – 4: Volunteer Project The typical daily schedule is as follows: 7 am - 8 am: Breakfast 8 am - 9 am: Project briefing by the coordinator 9:30 am – 1 pm: Engage in the project 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm: Lunch break 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm: Continue with project work 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm: Participate in extra evening activities 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Return to accommodation and dinner During these days, you'll collaborate with the community and skilled local craftsmen on a school renovation project. Tasks include painting, construction, and landscaping to revitalize dilapidated classrooms and facilities. Participants should be ready for physical work and eager to make a tangible difference. The evenings offer time for relaxation and group activities such as soccer, bowling, and board games.
